When I was younger I struggled with my weight and living a sedentary lifestyle. I have experience training online, in a gym setting, and in-home. I then became an ACE certified personal trainer and have been training people for the last 3 years.

Surrounding myself with positive people has really helped me better my life, both physically and mentally. Everybody is different and every body is different, so my personalized fitness programs are catered to each of my client’s individual needs.Fitness to me isn't just about building muscle and looking nice, it's about building confidence, a personality, and life-long relationships with people who want to better themselves. My ideal client is anyone with a goal, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work hard. I graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and am currently attending graduate school at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell in pursuit of my doctorate degree in physical therapy. I also use my knowledge gained from working as a rehab tech in various physical therapy offices in order to safely get clients to be the people they wish to become. While I prefer working with motivated clients, I find ways to inspire the unmotivated into making changes that positively impact their life.īLS in CPR from American Heart Assocation I have combined now more than 10 years of gymnastics experience with my knowledge in health sciences, which includes anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and public health, to make efficient exercise programs that aide clients in achieving their goals. I have found throughout my years as a currently active gymnast I enjoy aiding my teammates in reaching their goals by giving them form corrections, and praising them for their correct technique. I loved seeing the kids progress through skills and actually make progress towards higher level skills. I am a trainer who started just coaching kids in gymnastics classes.
